Johanna and Austin became private chefs since before they met and worked for private households in and around the Washington DC area. In search of a change of pace with a growing family of four, they relocated back to Austin’s roots in Northern Idaho to be near more nature, less traffic and a simpler life (still working on that one :)

Austins love of the outdoors, travel and locally sourced ingredients fuel his creativity and makes for flavorful menus and unique flavor profiles, using local ingredients with global influence.

Johanna’s ability to host genuinely and cook expressively is second to none. Formally trained at Le Cordon Bleu in NYC, she is an incredible chef who loves to create healthy comfort food as well as the setting it is enjoyed in.
